AFC Urgent Care is ready to answer the call of providing immediate quality healthcare services within its convenient, caring and comfortable environment.

Guided by this community-minded focus, Dionisio and Schwartz developed a charitable initiative to support East Meadow School District’s SMART (Student Motivation, Achievement, and Resiliency Team) program. For every patient who mentions they are an East Meadow student or employee during an office visit or exam, AFC Urgent Care will donate $5.00 to the SMART committee in support of SMART’s activities and programs for local students. This charitable initiative will run from September 2016 through April 2017.

“The SMART program benefits students of all ages within the East Meadow School District,” added Schwartz. “It encourages healthy attitudes and behaviors while helping kids navigate a sometimes challenging world. In giving back $5.00 per student, we believe we can make a great positive impact in supporting our next generation of leaders on Long Island.”
