As Long Island braces for another winter storm, the Town of Hempstead announced late Monday that all parks programs will be canceled Tuesday beginning at noon.
All Senior Enrichment transportation and programs have also been cancelled.
A winter storm warning will be in effect from noon Tuesday through 6 a.m. Wednesday. East Meadow could see 14 inches of snow by Wednesday, according to an updated forecast.
