​Trailblazer Multimedia Acquires Rude Rangers Entertainmen

Trailblazer Multimedia, a global conglomerate of terrestrial and streaming multimedia outlets, has acquired stake in Rude Rangers Entertainment, LLC a small size OTT market leader headquartered in New York. The surprise announcement was made during a recent meeting of Trailblazer Multimedia investors, which was held online. The financial terms of the acquisition were not available for public disclosure. Per officials at Trailblazer Multimedia, the acquisition takes effect July 1, 2021.

Established in 2019, Rude Rangers Entertainment, LLC operates a streaming television platform, podcast network, digital/print magazine, boutique public relations agency, apparel brand and special events management firm. “The Rude Rangers brand brings a welcome and diverse addition to our existing holdings says Jorge Quintinilla, Trailblazer Multimedia Chief Executive Officer. Industry analysts believe this acquisition will enhance Trailblazer’s presence in the OTT industry and the future looks promising for all involved.

Though relatively unknown to the general public, Trailblazer Multimedia quietly and continually expands its presence globally through mergers and acquisitions with foreign/regional leaders in the multimedia industry. According to Quintinilla, more acquisitions are planned over the next few years, to further enhance sales and revenue. With this acquisition, Trailblazer Multimedia now offers its audiences access radio, television, magazines and merchandise to suit all genres.
