3 Hurt In Nassau Crash

BETHPAGE, NY – Three people were injured in a crash in Bethpage Friday afternoon.

The Bethpage Fire Department and Nassau police responded to the crash on Plainview Road near the entrance of the northbound Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway at 3:48 p.m.

Two cars collided, causing one to leave the roadway and crash through a fence and into a tree .

Three people were transported to local hospitals. Firefighters secured the vehicles and applied Speedy-Dry to fluid spills in the roadway.

Plainview Road was closed in both directions while crews operated at the scene.
