Bethpage State Parkway To Close Thursday Morning
The road will be closed for an hour as crews do safety inspections. Drivers should plan an alternate route.
The Bethpage State Parkway is going to be completely closed for safety inspections on Thursday morning.
The parkway will be closed in both directions on Nov. 1 between exit B1 for the Southern State Parkway and exit B3 for Hempstead Turnpike, from 11 a.m. until noon. Crews will be performing sign and bridge inspections along the road.
Driver can use the Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway as an alternate route.
