Farmingdale High School Students Talk Cyber-Bullying, Safety
Nassau Police interact with students about safety techniques.
More than 200 Farmingdale High School students enrolled in health classes recently participated in an interactive presentation on the topics of cyber-bullying, internet and phone safety.
The Nassau County Police Department addressed the students on the importance of these current issues with demonstrations, videos and engaging in conversation.
The students also learned important safety techniques pertaining to media safety in their everyday lives.
