ICYMI: Farmingdale Front-Liners Are Going To The Super Bowl
Check out this story from earlier in the week on Farmingdale Patch.
FARMINGDALE, NY — A pair of newlywed health care heroes are going to the Super Bowl.
Maciej Mazurkiewicz and Kimberly Smith, who are Farmingdale residents, will be going to Sunday's big game between the Kansas City Chiefs and Tampa Bay Buccaneers after Northwell Health arranged for the couple to receive two tickets, according to a news release. The front-liners will be cheering on their Bucs, of which they are super fans.
Mazurkiewicz, a physician assistant at Lenox Hill Hospital, and Smith, a pediatric oncology nurse at Cohen Children's Medical Center, have served on the front lines of the coronavirus pandemic and put off their honeymoon after being wed during a simple service on Aug. 21, 2020.
