What mentor taught about success:
My mentor enhanced my love of music. He taught me how to handle any situations I had. He always taught me how to be myself. If I was ever nervous about things, he would always tell me that I can do it. He boosted my confidence immensely. He always gave me confidence to try out for a solo. Now that he supports me, I can do things that I never thought I would be able to do.Thanks to Mr. Franck, I now have more confidence and if I need anything I know I can always go to him.

What mentor taught about dealing with failure:
My m entor always told me to never give up. Even when he was not my teacher, he always gave me the support to never give up. There was a time that I got a low score on my singing, and he still made me feel good about the score I got. He never gave a phony sense of support. If I was wrong he would call me out on it, but then he would teach me how to do better next time. I’m pretty sure I will have more failures in my future, but I know that I will be able to handle then better with the guidance that Mr. Franck gave to me.

Best advice from mentor:
The best piece of advice that my mentor ever gave me was, “It’s all good”. My mentor always said this to me and it really made me feel that everything was all good! He always knew how to solve my problems, and he knew how to make me feel better. Whenever he said, “It’s all good,” I knew that he understood what was wrong and that he would make me feel better about it. Thanks to Mr. Franck, now everything is all good.
