Visitation: Wednesday, June 14 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Arthur F. White Funeral Home on 234 Broadway in Bethpage.

Service: Thursday, June 15 starting at 10 a.m. at the St. Martin of Tours RC Church on 220 Central Avenue in Bethpage.
