FARMINGDALE, NY — This weekend, Whiskey Down Diner in Farmingdale is serving up its family brunch box, available for pick-up, curbside to-go or delivery. The diner's breakfast platter comes as it adapts to the new coronavirus and the New York State-mandated shutdown on in-store service.

The brunch-to-go includes eight pancakes, platters of home fries and scrambled eggs, as well as eight pieces of bacon or sausage. The box costs $40 and can serve at least four people. The diner will also be selling coffee and cold brew from Flux Coffee, another small Farmingdale business.

For an additional $5, you can also get an individual sparkling rose, Bloody Mary or mimosa to-go. Most of Whiskey Down Diner's regular menu items will also be available.
