Cedarhurst Man Made Death Threats At Jewish People: Police

CEDARHURST, NY —A Cedarhurst man is accused of making a string of death threats against members of the Jewish community, including several rabbis, Nassau County police said.

Bradley Goldberg, 47, was arrested Tuesday. He is also accused of threatening behavior toward members of Nassau police, police said.

Goldberg was stopped by police at the intersection of Rockaway Turnpike and West Broadway early Tuesday, police said. He was placed into custody without incident, police said.

Goldberg faces two dozen charges, including six counts of second-degree aggravated harassment and two counts of first-degree criminal contempt.

He was arraigned Wednesday and his bail was set at $50,000 bond or $25,000 cash, Newsday reported. He is due back in court Friday.
