Celebrating The Life of Dominick "Tiny The Ice Cream Man" Magliaro, a Fixture In The Community For 8 Decades
A group of caring friends came together with the idea of honoring Tiny the Ice Cream Man. Please read, sign and share this petition.
Born, raised, and worked in Inwood, serving tens of thousands of children of all ages throughout the Five Towns for more than six decades, Dominick Magliaro, lovingly better known as "Tiny The Ice Cream Man" passed away recently at his retirement state of Florida. A wonderful person who was caringly cared for by his niece, Victoria Magliaro. Tiny sold ice cream, but more than that, he was a friend to all. He never turned a child away if they approached with no money. A smile, a laugh, a surprise or two, Tiny was a fixture in our community and remains a fixture in our hearts. How fitting a tribute to his memory to name a street as a lasting memory to a man who give so much time, energy and money to serve others. It wasn't just a business, but a mission for him. His devotion to his community should not go unappreciated. We ask you to consider signing this petition to render support to have a street re-named in honor of Tiny's memory. We also ask that you share it with others and spread the good word. Thank you. https://www.change.org/p/resid...
