1. 624 Emerson St., Woodmere (SD 15) — This colonial with five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms was sold on May 1 for $910,000.
   
2. 748 Hillcrest Pl., North Woodmere (SD 15) — This split with four bedrooms and three bathrooms was sold on May 1 for $550,000.
   
3. 752 Oakleigh Rd., North Woodmere (SD 14) — This split with five bedrooms and three bathrooms was sold on May 2 for $560,000.
