• 593 Prescott Pl., North Woodmere — This raised ranch with four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms was sold on Jan. 15 for $505,000.
• 896 Central Ave., Woodmere — This colonial with four bedrooms and three bathrooms was sold on Jan. 17 for $725,000.
• 80 Broome Ave., Atlantic Beach — This expanded ranch with four bedrooms and four bathrooms was sold on Jan. 18 for $500,000.
