2. News 12 shows how students at Willow Read Elementary School got to perform with a Grammy-winning musician. The students sang "Crazy Train" with Danny Weinkauf, the bassist for They Might Be Giants, led by music teacher Cynthia Shannon for a virtual spring concert. (News 12 Long Island)

3. Briana Bonfiglio rounds up all the free summer concerts nearby this summer. Nassau County will host popup concerts at North Woodmere Park and Grant Park in August. The Town of Hempstead's summer concert series starts July 6 and includes several dates at Hewlett Point Park in East Rockaway. (Long Island Press)
4. Jerry Barmash reports on the expansion of Mount Sinai South Nassau. The Oceanside hospital began the $130 million expansion project that will create a four-story addition to the emergency department with 40 more critical care beds. (Patch)
