396 Westwood Rd., Woodmere (SD 14) — This five-bedroom colonial with two and a half bathrooms was sold on Oct. 1 for $632,000.

62 Albany Blvd., Atlantic Beach — This three-bedroom ranch with two bathrooms was sold on Oct. 1 for $525,000.

88 Genesee Blvd., Atlantic Beach — This four-bedroom colonial with three bathrooms and five half bathrooms was sold on Oct. 1 for $909,000.

372 Eastwood Rd., Woodmere (SD 14) — This five-bedroom colonial with three bathrooms was sold on Oct. 2 for $585,000.
