Lawrence Man Robbed at Gunpoint in His Driveway
Couple held him at gunpoint and stole his money, police said.

An Lawrence man was robbed at gunpoint in his Lawrence Avenue driveway early Thursday, according to police.
At 12:45 a.m. on Jan. 31, the 31-year-old male victim was approached by two people that pulled up in a white Land Rover asking for directions, police said. The male driver — described as black, 6-feet tall and in his 40s — then pulled a silver handgun on the victim and told him not to move.
The female passenger — described as Hispanic and 5-feet tall — went through the victim’s wallet and took an undetermined amount of money before throwing the wallet on the ground.

The subjects were last seen driving southbound on Lawrence Avenue. No injuries were reported.
