A corner store that’s part of a well-trafficked strip mall on Burnside Avenue in Inwood is available to lease, according to its listing.

The 1,200 square-foot storefront at 535 Burnside Ave. can be leased for $2,950 a month. The LoopNet listing for the property says the retail storefront is “modern,” includes a private restroom, access to two parking lots and is situated by a traffic light.

Currently, the space is occupied by a general goods store, which is having an "everything must go" sale.

“This strip has been a consistent money maker for tenants,” according to the listing.
