Lawrence BOE, Cedarhurst Christmas Tree Lighting

Here are some things coming up this week:

• The Atlantic Beach Board of Trustees will hold a regular meeting on Monday at 7:45 p.m.
• The Lawrence Board of Education will hold a regular meeting on Monday at 8 p.m. at the high school. More school events here.
• The Hewlett-Woodmere Board of Education will hold a work session on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. More school events here.
• Rock Hall Museum invites children ages 6 through 10 to listen to the story of the American Girl, Kirsten, in the parlor on Wednesday. Refreshments included. There is a $5 fee per child, and reservations are required.
  
• The Village of Lawrence Board of Trustees will hold a regular meeting on Thursday at 8 p.m.
• The Village of Cedarhurst will light the Christmas Tree in Andrew J. Parise Park this Sunday at 4 p.m.
  
• Rock Hall Museum will host holiday festivities on Sunday at 6 p.m. Lawrence High School student will sing holiday music. Admission is $7 for members and seniors  and $10 for non members. Free admission for children and students. Reservations are requested.
