Long Island Week Ahead Weather
Wind chill temperatures will be under the freezing mark Monday morning, but there's some good news in the forecast.

You can't really ask for a much better forecast for the last week of November on Long Island.
It will be a bit frigid early Monday morning with wind chill temperatures below freezing, but it will warm up to near 50 later in the day under sunny skies.
High temperatures the entire work week are expected to be above normal on the island, according to the National Weather Service. Wednesday's projected high of 57 degrees is about 10 degrees above average for this time of year.

“The less harsh conditions will allow people who mind or cannot handle the cold to get outside as holiday shopping and outdoor decorating kick into high gear,” AccuWeather Senior Meteorologist Alex Sosnowski said.
There's no sign of snow in the extended forecast, but we may see some rain Thursday night and Friday.
