An Inwood woman is asking the public's help in finding her son, who is emotionally disabled and has been missing since Oct. 30.
Neil Harris is 29 years old, 6 foot 1 inches, about 180 pounds, with light brown skin and black hair. His mother, Susan Hulburt, said he had a shaved head the last time she saw him, which was at her old residence at 77 Lord Ave. He was also seen at the Stop & Shop on Burnside Avenue.
If anyone locates him, his mother asks they call the Fourth Precinct at 573-6400.
