Incident happened at Valley Stream Chase bank on Monday.

A man passed a demand note to a Valley Stream Chase bank teller on Monday but left immediately after without any money, according to police.
At 4:05 p.m. on March 11, the subject entered the bank at 270 North Central Ave. and gave a demand note to the teller, police said, but then after "several seconds" left the bank without any proceeds. He was last seen walking southbound on North Central Ave. There were 11 employees and three customers present at the time of the incident. No injuries were reported.
The subject is described as a 5-foot-8-inch tall black man with a thin build and wearing a black hooded shirt with white letter and a black baseball cap.
