New Valley Stream Residential Complex Set to Open This Spring
Leasing for the apartments will begin in the spring.
VALLEY STREAM, NY - A new residential complex in Valley Stream is set to open this spring.
The Sun Valley Towers, a five-story, 72-unit complex, will feature outdoor recreation space on two roof decks, a rooftop tennis court, available covered parking and a 15,000-square-foot Blink Fitness Gym on the ground floor, which is now open.
Residents will be able to choose between one, two, and three-bedroom apartments.

The complex is located at Rockaway Avenue and Sunrise Highway, two blocks from the Valley Stream Long Island Railroad station.
It will also feature a “green roof” with solar panels which power the building’s common areas and the tennis court.
