In today's Daily, get the results from the Hewlett Harbor village elections. Some residents who are immunocompromised are worried they haven't produced antibodies to their COVID-19 vaccine. 1. Matthew Ferremi has the results from the Village of Hewlett Harbor's elections. Incumbent trustees Leonard Oppenheimer and Gil Bruh were reelected to the board. They both received 297 votes each. (LI Herald)

2. Jessica M. Semins reports on Valley Stream Central High School District Board of Education voting to extend a medical leave of absence to Superintendent Dr. William Heidenreich. Dr. Wayne Loper as will serve as acting superintendent until June 30. (LI Herald)

3. News 12 talks to a Woodmere man who said that he's one of the immunocompromised recipients of the COVID-19 vaccine who produced no antibodies. William Nelson, 81, is being cautious although doctors have no reports of anyone who received the vaccine getting seriously ill with COVID. (News 12 Long Island)

4. Jemima Denham updates us on the repaving project on Mill Road and North Central Avenue. The resurfacing was completed Tuesday and was spurred by months of complaints from Valley Stream residents about the safety of these road areas. (LI Herald)
