EmblemHealth to Provide Medicare Enrollment Community Workshop

EmblemHealth and the Greater Flushing Chamber of Commerce will organize a free information session for local residents interested in learning about Medicare and how to enroll. The community workshop will take place on Friday, October 18, 11am, at Flushing House located at 38-20 Bowne St, Flushing, NY 11354.

EmblemHealth is a health and wellness company that provides insurance plans, primary and specialty care, and wellness solutions. As one of the nation’s largest not-for-profit health insurers, serving more than three million people in the New York tristate area.

"Too many of our senior citizens fall through the cracks and don't have the information they need to enroll in Medicare," said John Choe, executive director of the Greater Flushing Chamber of Commerce. "We're happy to collaborate with our member Emblem Health and ensure all members of our community access the resources they need to live a full and healthy life."
