Flushing Synagogue Sold, May Become 12-Story Office Tower: Report
A Queens investor has bought the Flushing synagogue Temple Gates of Prayer, on Parsons Boulevard, according to The Real Deal.

FLUSHING, QUEENS — The Flushing synagogue Temple Gates of Prayer has been sold to a real estate investor for $37.5 million, according to real estate news outlet The Real Deal.
An entity linked to investor Shun Qian Liu is the new owner of the synagogue at 38-20 Parsons Blvd., where a parking lot is slated to become the site of a 12-story office building, according to City Realty.
Temple Gates of Prayer didn't immediately respond to The Real Deal's request for comment.
