Austin St Underpass Walkway being used as a public toilet

Forest Hills keeps on going downhill (so is the entire NYC under
deBalsio), but then why shouldn’t it, with a huge homeless
shelter on Queens Blvd at the Comfort Inn, where the zombie homeless
drink out in public, loiter, make noise, panhandle, bother people and
use the Austin Street Underpass Walkway as a open air toilet (see pics
below). AND this is the home of the two major hacks, Queens Borough
President Melinda Katz (a position that is a big waste of tax payers
money since this is just a figure head position) and city council member
Karen Koslowitz. Do either of them actually walk around their
community?

So let’s take a look at the Austin St. Underpass Walkway, which after
months of complaints had the graffiti finally removed only for it to
reappear along with garbage and human excrement (CRAP), plus out of
control weeds on a public sidewalk right along with garbage dumping.
