Elderly Woman Breaks Elbow In Forest Hills Mugging: Police
An 83-year-old woman was hurt Sunday evening in Forest Hills after a man knocked her over and stole her purse, police said.

FOREST HILLS, QUEENS — An 83-year-old woman was hurt Sunday evening in Forest Hills after a man knocked her over and stole her purse, according to police.
The woman was on Queens Boulevard near 112th Street when the man got out of an SUV, pushed her to the ground and grabbed her purse, the NYPD said in a news release.
He got back in the car and drove off with the woman's belongings, including an iPhone, her bank cards and $50 in cash, police said.

The woman was brought to the hospital with a broken elbow.
Police on Monday released a surveillance image of the suspected robber trying to use one of the woman's bank cards at a bodega in The Bronx.
