FOREST HILLS, QUEENS — Our Lady Queen of Martyrs is urging parishioners to get tested for the coronavirus, after someone who attended mass at the church earlier this month tested positive for COVID-19.

Worshippers who attended the 5 p.m. mass on Saturday, Jan. 9, or the 1 p.m. mass on Sunday, Jan. 10, at the Forest Hills church are being encouraged to get a coronavirus test, according to a notice posted last week on the Our Lady Queen of Martyrs website.

Someone who attended both masses notified the parish last weekend that they had tested positive for the virus several days afterward, the notice said.
