FOREST HILLS, QUEENS — A home for sale in Forest Hills Gardens is the priciest listing in the entire borough, according to real estate website Localize.city.
The six-bedroom house at 20 Cranford St. has a price tag of $4.15 million, which makes it the most expensive home on the Queens real estate market, according to a new Localize.city analysis.
Localize.city analyzed listings currently seeking buyers throughout the city and found the most expensive property in each borough.

The Forest Hills Gardens, a private residential community designed by Frederick Law Olmsted Jr. and Grosvenor Atterbury, has been called the "first deliberately photogenic residential development," according to New York Magazine.
The Cranford Street property is 4,310 square feet and is a short walk away from P.S. 101.
