Impatient Robber Flees Forest Hills Bank Empty-handed: NYPD
A slow teller may just have saved this Queens bank a ton of money, police said.

FOREST HILLS, QUEENS -- The customer service at a Forest Hills bank was too slow for one wannabe robber on Tuesday - so he left with nothing, cops said.
Police are searching for the impatient thief who walked into the First Central Savings Bank at 71-66 Austin St. and passed the teller a note demanding money just after 11 a.m.
But when the employee took too long to respond to his demands, the man simply walked out, authorities said.

The man opted to change his clothes outside the bank after the botched robbery - trading his empty-pocketed sweatpants and blue hoodie for grey pants and a black T-shirt - before strolling away down Austin Street, police said.
Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477)
