Maple Grove Cemetery In Queens To Host Holiday Concert, Art Show

The nonprofit Friends of Maple Grove is ringing in the holiday season with a free concert​ and art exhibit featuring a Forest Hills artist.

KEW GARDENS, QUEENS — The nonprofit Friends of Maple Grove is ringing in the holiday season this weekend in Kew Gardens with its free annual holiday concert, featuring special musical guest "Trio des Reinas," and a new fine art exhibition.

Friends of Maple Grove, which promotes the Maple Grove Cemetery in Kew Gardens, will also collect unwrapped, gently-used children's books for the Briarwood Family Center.

The concert will be followed by an opening reception for a new exhibit of paintings and prints by Forest Hills artist Gloria Imperante.

The concert is Saturday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Center at Maple Grove Cemetery at 127-15 Kew Gardens Road in Queens.
