FOREST HILLS, QUEENS — Children from the NYPD’s Learning for Life Youth Explorers program are holding a car wash fundraiser to support the fight against breast cancer.
The car wash will be held Sunday, Aug. 13 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in front of NYPD Precinct 112, located at 68-40 Austin St.
All donations will be put toward the effort to further breast cancer research, according to a recent tweet from the precinct. The precinct ensures that all cars will be treated with care.
