Fort Greene Robber Steals Purses From Marshalls

The woman, in her early 20s, stole two purses from other women in their 20s, cops said.

FORT GREENE, BROOKLYN — A young woman stole two other young women's purses from the break room in the Fort Greene Marshalls last Friday, cops said. The girl, whom cops describe as white, 23-25 years old, 140-150 pounds with long, black hair, allegedly stole the purses at 1:17 p.m. at the 625 Atlantic Ave. location. The suspect was last seen wearing a black coat, black pants and dark shoes.

Cops are asking anyone with information about the suspect or incident to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-577-TIPS or for Spanish 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
