Man Shot at Whitman Houses

Police still on the hunt for suspect(s) after shooting Sunday night on N. Oxford Walk.

Police are investigating the shooting of a man at Whitman Houses on Sunday night.

The victim, described as a Hispanic male in his 30s, was shot once in the calf and buttocks on N. Oxford Walk just after 9 p.m., police said.

The man was transported to Kings County Hospital, where he is listed in stable condition, according to police.

Police said they did not have a motive for the shooting.
