Man Stabbed to Death in NYCHA Complex
A 63-year-old man was found dead across from Commodore Barry Park early Saturday morning.

A 63-year-old man was found dead early Saturday morning in a NYCHA public housing complex across from Commodore Barry Park.
Police found Leon Avery, of Willoughby Avenue, with several stab wounds in his body in front of 24 Monument Walk just south of Park Avenue, at about 1:30 a.m. Saturday police said.Â

His body was taken to Bellevue Hospital, where he was pronounced dead on arrival.Â
So far no arrests have been made.Â
