The New York City Police Department has announced street closures and anticipated traffic delays for the weekend of August 10-11. Drivers should expect delays in the following areas:

Saturday, August 10

MANHATTAN      

DOT / SUMMER STREET,  7:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Route:             

• Centre Street between Brooklyn Bridge exit and Reade Street / Lafayette Street
• Lafayette Street between Reade Street/ Centre Street and Fourth Avenue
• Fourth Avenue between Lafayette Street and East 15th Street
• Union Square East between East 15th Street and East 17th Street
• Park Avenue South between East 17th Street and East 32nd Street
• Park Avenue between East 32nd Street and East 72nd Street (Including the viaduct between East 40th Street and East 46thStreet)
• 72nd Street between Park Avenue and 5th Avenue

QUEENS

DOT WEEKEND WALKS, 82ND STREET WALKS,  11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. 

Location(s):        82nd Street between 37th Avenue and Baxter Avenue

Route: 6th Avenue between 37th Street and 52nd Street

Dispersal: 52nd Street between 5th Avenue and 7th Avenue
