Over the weekend, a friend had a nerve-wracking walk with his dog when a hound that was tied up outside of a bodega became aggressive as they were walking by.
The strange dog hurled its body at my friend's English Bulldog--dislodging the stake his leash had been attached to from the ground--and went in for a bite.
Before either animal was injured my friend was able to pull back the incensed beast, whose owner quickly came running out from the bodega--apologetic and embarrassed.
But it begs the question: Is tying up an animal outside in public without supervision ok? Tell us your thoughts in the comments.
