Chama Rodizio Opens in Glen Cove
Portuguese restaurant features all-you-can eat barbecue option.

Chama Rodizio, a Portuguese barbecue restaurant, is now open for business in Glen Cove.
Located at 284 Glen Street, Chama offers an ala carte menu of Portuguese specialties and a “Rodizio style” dining option with an all-you-can eat barbeque meat experience.
“We combine the Portuguese and Brazilian traditions of skewering and barbecuing meats,” the eatery states on its Facebook page. And while the owners – Jose Marquez, Joe Rosmaninho, and Cathy Broker – do not consider the restaurant a steakhouse, they claim to serve as a “haven” for meat lovers.
