Firefighters Battle Glen Cove Fire On Saturday
BREAKING: The fire broke out inside of the attic of the two-story home, and the American Red Cross later responded to aid the residents.
GLEN COVE, NY — A fire broke out inside the attic of a two-story home in Glen Cove on Saturday night.
Firefighters from the Glen Cove Fire Department responded to a call for a residential structure fire on Wolfle Street at about 6:30 p.m. The American Red Cross’s Greater Long Island Disaster Response Unit responded to the scene to aid residents about two hours later, according to the organization’s Twitter account. No further information was immediately available.
