Glen Cove to Hold Holiday Marketplace Shopping Event
The event will feature home-made, hand-crafted items from local businesses next month.

Glen Cove will hold a Holiday Marketplace shopping event featuring local artisans and entrepreneurs in December.
The artisans and bakers will set up at Glen Cove’s City Hall, located at 9 Glen St., on Saturday, Dec. 10 to sell home-made, hand-crafted items and products from home-based businesses. These goodies will allow residents to purchase creative gifts, from jewelry and home décor items to hand-crafted goods and delicious treats.
The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Any local artisans or bakers looking to get table space can download an application here. All completed applications should be emailed to info@glencovedowntown.org. Space is limited and table spaces will be allotted on a first come, first serve basis with “category” exclusives for five-home based businesses. Four community organizations will also have the opportunity to sell beverages, candy, gifts and baked goods for the benefit of their 501C3 group.
Table spaces will cost $25 and all proceeds will be donated to the Senior Activity Generational Endowment (S.A.G.E) supporting the Glen Cove Senior Center, which looks to improve the quality of life of our local seniors.
