GLEN COVE — A Long Island delicatessen was name-checked Friday in the season finale of the New York City Irish cop family drama, “Blue Bloods,” which follows the Reagan clan and stars Tom Selleck, Bridget Moynahan, and Donnie Wahlberg, Newsday reported.

The popular CBS series, which was previously filmed in Old Brookville in April, ended with a Sunday dinner scene in the episode, "Justifies the Means,” and referred to Razzano Salumeria Latticini in Glen Cove according to the report. In the scene, the family’s patriarch, former Commissioner Henry Reagan, who is played by Lou Carious, tells his great-grandson Joe Hill, who is played by Will Hochman, "The food came from that place out in Glen Cove that you like," the outlet reported.

Frank Reagan then chimes in, "We didn't know your favorite food. The only thing we had to go on was that stuff you gave us that time," according to the report.

This was a reference to a previous episode, titled "Atonement," Joe arrives for the family’s dinner with groceries telling Frank, "I didn't want to be the only person in Reagan history who didn't contribute to family dinner. So I made a trip out to Razzano's in Glen Cove," Newsday reported.

He then continues by naming the items he purchased which included both Sweet Sopressata, Hot Sopressata, Prosciutto di Parma, Eggplant Rollatini, Mortadella, and fresh Mozzarella, according to the outlet.

The drama, which is in its 11th season, was filmed at Young’s Farm in Old Brookville, and is not the only television show to make some Long Island connections lately. NBC’s “Law & Order: Organized Crime” filmed at Louie’s in Port Washington in February and then again at Gino’s Pizzeria in Port Washington in April.
