Noble Savage Brewing Company Opens In Glen Cove
Frank Bilello, owner of the Glen Cove joint, previously talked to Patch about what it'll bring to the LI craft beer scene.

GLEN COVE, NY — Bottoms up Glen Cove — Noble Savage Brewing Company is officially open for business.
The craft beer brewery at 27 Glen St. opened its doors Friday afternoon with live music, sweet treats and wood fired pizza, courtesy of a local food truck.
Owner and brewmaster Frank Bilello previously told Patch the business would act as a bar for the first two or three weeks and serve guest taps. Bilello, of Sea Cliff, would brew and sell his own product soon after, he said.

The brewmaster planned on brewing traditional styles, such as IPAs, pilsners, brown ales and red ales, but didn't expect to serve food. However, he intends to create a food truck program where he has multiple food trucks come down to the space behind the brewery each weekend.
A home-brewer for years, Bilello said he'd dreamed of opening his own brewery since 2013. He gained valuable experience working at Oyster Bay Brewing Company from 2015 to 2016, starting as an intern before being promoted to full-time and working on the brew-deck every day.

The Noble Savage brewery's interior is "very rustic," he said. The building once housed a real estate office and a dental office.
A Facebook message left with the brewery wasn't immediately returned Monday.
