Mobile shelter visits will be by-appointment-only and there will be thorough sanitization of the vehicle between visitors. Masks and social-distancing practices will also be enforced, according to organizers.
The mobile shelter has windows on one side, so visitors will be able to see the animals without entering the unit. North Shore Animal League volunteers will also bring older dogs that are veterans of adoption events to enjoy the dog park.
