Officials Break Ground On The Villa at Glen Cove

Officials broke ground Friday on The Villa at Glen Cove, a 176 unit condominium project located on four acres along Glen Cove’s southern gateway on Glen Cove Avenue.

“This project has been a long time in the making and we are looking forward to attracting new residents to the Glen Cove community to enjoy all the city has to offer,” said Daniel Livingston, president of Livingston Development.

Mayor Reggie Spinello said the housing project is part of his commitment to “revitalize the key gateways to our city.”
