Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to Officially Open $45K Playground at Pryibil Beach
Glen Cove Hospital donated the playground to the City of Glen Cove.

The $45,000 playground at Pryibil Beach that Glen Cove Hospital donated to the City of Glen Cove is officially open to the public.
A ribbon cutting ceremony commemorating the opening of the playground will be held Thursday at 4 p.m.
“This donation is a symbol of the hospital’s commitment to the children and residents of the community with a goal of providing a safe and fun summer activity,” Susan Kwiatek, DNP, executive director of Glen Cove Hospital, said in a press release.

A rendering of the playground was unveiled at the first annual Kids’ Day in June. The area is set to serve as a fun and safe activity for children and residents.
