Village Of Sea Cliff Announces Section 8 Housing Wait List Is Open

The Village of Sea Cliff Public Housing Authority (VSCPHA) has opened its wait list to pre-applications for the period December 30, 2020 through January 13, 2021. Attached are the announcement and pre-applications in both English and Spanish.

Applications can be printed directly from the Village website or picked up from the mailboxes mounted at the Summit Avenue entrance of Village Hall.

Due to COVID restrictions, applicants may not enter the building for housing business; applicants may contact Erinn McDonnell at (516) 671-0080 (leave a voicemail message if no answer) or email emcdonnell@seacliff-ny.gov if they require assistance. The housing program is not mailing applications.

Please also note applications are submitted by mail only; applications cannot be dropped off at Village Hall. Applications that are not mailed will be discarded.
