American Copper Buildings Make Available 160 Affordable Units in Murray Hill
If you want to live in one of the more recognizable new buildings in NYC, this is your chance.
MURRAY HILL, NY — The American Copper Buildings strike quite an image in the Midtown East skyline. And now you have a chance to live there for as little as $833 per month.
The buildings, which will have 800 residences when completed, feature the first skybridge in the city in 80 years, according to the developer. It'll also include a gym, lap pool, spa, children’s playroom, resident lounge, in-unit washer and dryers, bicycle storage and a roof-top pool (if you're not scared of heights while you swim).
Applications for the lottery opened Monday. But you will have to meet strict affordable housing requirements to apply.
