Fire Breaks Out At Windsor Tower In Murray Hill: FDNY

A fire broke out at Windsor Tower in Murray Hill, the FDNY said.

MURRAY HILL, NY — A fire broke out on the sixth floor of Windsor Tower in Murray Hill Wednesday morning, a Fire Department spokesman said.

FDNY was called to 5 Tudor City Place at 10:15 a.m. for a fire on the sixth floor of the tower, the department spokesman said.

No injuries had been reported as of about 10:50 a.m.

Some 20 units and 78 firefighters and emergency medical personnel responded to the blaze on Tudor City Place between East 40th and 41st streets, according to the spokesman.
