WOW House: Houston Rockets owner Leslie Alexander put his Gramercy Park penthouse on the market for $46.5 million.
GRAMERCY PARK, NY — Leslie Alexander, the owner of the Houston Rockets basketball team, is looking to sell his luxe Gramercy Park penthouse for $46.5 million.
This is the third time the NBA team owner has tried to sell the upscale home, and the hefty price tag is still a drop from the penthouse's first listing price at $49.75 million, according to Curbed New York.
